"Bought years ago online as a whim, but what ARP is it from?"

Update: Turns out it's a high frequency oscillator for the pitch to voltage converter in the Avatar. According to Phil Cirocco of CMS it's not really useful as a synth VCO. "The only good part on that board is the 1.87K Tempco resistor. It can be used in a standard ARP VCO."
