First patch with Make Noise Function Module. Hold function.

First patch with Make Noise Function Module. Hold function. from joseph raglani on Vimeo.

"Shaky phone camera footage of the first patch I did with the new Make Noise Function module. I'm exploring the "hold" function. I have one channel of the Maths going into the "hold" input while in cycle mode. The Maths channel is cycling at a slower rate than the Function cycle. You can hear the "pause" when the Maths channel hits the Function cycle. I have the Positive output multiplied to both the Optomix (VCA) input and DPO (Osc) 1vlt/oct input. I have the inverted output plugged into the fold..then FM Bus inputs. Adjusting the rise and fall of both the Function and Maths results in some nice crazy sounds. Better quality video to follow."

Update:

Second patch: Make Noise Function module. Hang function. from joseph raglani on Vimeo.
This patch is a simple sequence in which a clock signal is divided by two and input into the Function modules "Hang" feature creating interesting rhythmic patterns.
