Jeez, seems a shame to halt work on this just because of the Buchla release. At the end of the day the original Buchla is still 4 grand, if there's a possibility of a cheaper alternative I'd say people are still going to be very interested.

ReplyDeleteAgreed. Easily worth keeping an active project. I'd been waiting for an Easel clone for years, and just because the real Easel is around again doesn't mean people wouldn't still be interested in a less expensive (and more patchable) alternative.
ReplyDeleteIf it's eurorack compatible, then I would press on. Particularly if the price is somewhat less than the Buchla.
